Fun Cup Charity Kart Race

We are excited to announce that there will be a Fun Cup charity Kart race at Thruxton on the 4^th March, to raise money for Claire House, which is a children’s hospice that is now so close to our hearts.

The event will be a three hour endurance race in Fun Cup format, with pitstops and driver changes. The full Thruxton kart circuit will be used, which is 1.2km.

There will be testing and qualifying prior to race and food available at the circuit. Overnight parking is available for motorhomes, caravans and tents. There can be up to five drivers per team and the cost will be approximately £375 (per team), with the majority of proceeds being given to Claire House.

The event will be filmed for Sky Sports and will also receive news coverage, as well as being featured in the local paper.

Teams can also place banners around the circuit. So, if anyone wishes to take part with their sponsors, this would be a great opportunity to gain some publicity for them.
