Scarab/Indigo Racing - No. 263

The drivers for the 2012 season are Bram De Groot and Stephen Johansen.

De Groot is the team owner and driver for Scarab Racing Team and has competed in the Fun Cup for the last six years. 2012 will be Scarab Racing Team's seventh year in the Fun Cup. De Groot has previous experience as a karter. He is proud to be Dutch and claims to be the tallest and heaviest Fun Cup driver in Europe, at 6 ft 5 inches and 18 stone! 

Johansen is delighted to be returning for his second season with the Scarab Racing Team for the 2012 championship, in the new 263 petrol sequential Fun Cup car.  This will be Johansens’s fifth year in the Championship.

Johansen is a qualified ARDS Instructor and works for Motor Sport Vision on track, in BMW M3’s and in the Rally School's Escort Cosworth’s. He is also Chief Instructor at trackcars4hire for corporate days, experience days and drift events.
