A seemingly simple circuit but one which needs very accurate lines at a couple of places for best results.

Along the start finish straight on the left hand side of the track in 5th gear as we glance at the pit board. Then a dab on the brakes and down to 4th just at the last second before Copse. The entry is blind so you go in hard on the power aiming right onto the inner kerb and then drift out to the far left of the track and then back up into 5th.

Move across to the right of the circuit to take a late turn into Maggots, just a fraction off the kerb as you straight line the bend and stand on the brakes for Becketts. This is a 3rd gear corner which needs a late turn in, neat apex and then let the car drift all the way over to the left again for the exit. Get it right and you can have the power on hard and carry the speed through.

Onto the straight, into 5th somewhere around the bridge and on the right hand side of the track. A good place for slipstreaming and overtaking. Then hard on the brakes and into 4th for Brooklands.

This is a corner which rewards a late wide entry and then tight and late apex. You must not use too much road or else you end up poorly placed for the next right hand Luffield.

You can go in tight or wide, slipping down into 3rd as you brake. Hold the car on the long apex until you can see an exit route and then plant the throttle taking the car across to the exit kerb. Into 4th and take a smooth mid line through Woodcote, being very careful if it is wet. Into 5th and ready to start the lap all over again.
